Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Logs, monitors, and updates support tickets
  • Act as Level 1 and 2 Phone/Email/Remote Support
  • Onsite Support for troubleshooting (if necessary)
  • Conduct Appliance Health Check
  • Conduct Preventive Maintenance Activities
  • Handles General Services such as Cabling assistance, equipment checking, and inventory, etc.
  • Operating at 24×7 Support

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate – IT related, IT-related vocational/short course.
  • 1+ years proven work experience in IT related/Solution Selling/Reseller/Distribution Customer Support-operating at 24×7 operations.
  • (Preferably) Knowledgeable in IT solution Setup especially for DC, Network and Security, Collaboration solutions offering; with experience in hands-on implementation, installation, configuration, administration, and management of IT solutions for both onsite & remote, including aftersales technical support, willing to work even beyond office hours and weekends to support customer requests.
